Wheeler is too good on a bike for his OWN good. Natural talent oozes outta him. Anyone that can hammer down 8 beers, get on his bike a proceed to do 180 to fakie whip is alright in my books. I have never met someone that can just DO anything he wants almost first go from crazy street lines to flairs; Wheeler just does it. Another cat that is so much fun to go out with and has recently become a Vegatarian....

Whats some crazy situations that BMX has gotten you into?

There is one that pops to mind and it occured when Steve and I were in LA. We had to leave our bikes at a friends whilst we went to New York so when we got back to LA we only had public transport to go get our bikes. While waiting an hour for a bus we just missed in Inglewood we seen bums try and sell bus tokens and gangsta's walking poodles. Once we got on the bus into Hollywood which was dang crowded, we had to catch a train out to Studio City which was all cool until we got off and were on a street not knowing which way to go, we took a chance and started walking down this street. A few blocks down we seen this lady lying on the footpath with her kids trying to jump her on their scooters, we thought perfect! This lady will know which way to go. She didn't. :( Until she says, 'Wait I'll go get my phone and you's can google map it!' We figured out we were on the right track so we thanked her and we're about to walk off when she goes, 'Wait! I'll drive you.' Uh-oh! This was weird haha, we insisted that we were fine and that we would walk and continued on.
About 3 blocks down the road she swerves in front of us and is like, 'Get in.' We disregarded everything our parents told us about getting in the car with strangers and jumped in. She was then offering us drinks and places to stay next time we were over here and proceeded to tell us that this was her one good deed to get into heaven. We then got to a familiar intersection and told her it was straight ahead, but she insisted she was going to turn right and said, 'I know where to go, I live here', but only moments ago she had to google map where we wanted to go. At this point I had my hand on the door handle ready to bail but she went straight haha! We got to our destination, exchanged numbers then she left!

I would be lying if I didn't mention Brown Brothers Cienna.

What was your First Legit bmx you got?

It was a Mongoose Villian, I was 11 if i remember correctly and she sported 4 piece bars.

Most fond memory of BMX?

Any roadtrip in general, talking rubbish, hanging foul. What more could you really want... Canberra trips are always banging!

Best foampit trick u have got in your pocket of bangers?

Foot-Jam Whip.

Hmm so many, banana?

What area did u grow up in and how was it growing up there?

I grew up in Yarrawonga/Mulwala, small towns with a pretty cool curved bridge. It's ok I guess, but it's good to try and get away each weekend, it took ages to get the skatepark here so once it was done it was dope.

Who did u look upto when you first started riding?

Mat Hoffman, Dave Mirra, My first videos were Etnies Foward and Box Hill Pride Evidence so the dudes out of that for sure.

Favourite spot to ride?

Yarrawonga, Shepparton and Mooroopna Skatepark, any places around Melbourne. We rode a cool park in Santa Monica called, The Cove. It was fun.

What does your life outside of BMX consist of?

Facebooking, Work, Girlfriend and front wheel drive burnouts occasionally.

What would I find in your refrigerator right now?

Depends which one you look in, either cheese or beer, I like them both.

What did you want to be when you were 10 years old?

Jee Wizz no time for brain teasers! I always wanted to be a scientist. I guess that went out the window haha!

Hmm... I really don't know.
